Chapter 01 · Before BYLT

The first uniform.

Before BYLT, before the 1.1 million followers, before any of this — I worked in a uniform.

Firefighter shifts. Police work. The kind of jobs where your body is the tool, your nervous system runs hot, and you learn very quickly what real strength looks like — and what it costs.

I learned what discipline actually meant in those years. Not the influencer version. The real one. Show up, do the work, don't quit when it's heavy.

From service to coaching.

Chapter 02 — From service to coaching.

When I left the uniform, I didn't leave the work. I just changed the room.

I started coaching the women around me — friends, neighbors, women who'd watched me train and knew I knew what I was doing. The thing I kept hearing was the same: "I don't recognize my body anymore. The diet stuff isn't working. I'm tired of being told to just eat less and move more."

That's where BYLT BY BRITT started. One woman at a time, building real strength, learning what hormones actually do, and finally seeing food as fuel instead of the enemy.

Chapter 03 · Now

1.1M strong. 1,000+ transformations. And the next chapter.

BYLT is now a community of 1.1M+ on Instagram and 1,000+ women who've gone through the program and finished it.

The women I coach are in their thirties, forties, fifties, sixties. Business owners. Mothers. Professionals. Women who are done with crash diets and ready to build something they can keep.

And the next chapter is already in motion: a telehealth-supported wellness arm for women on GLP-1s — coach-led, clinician-informed, designed for what comes after the medication, not just the on-ramp.
